My downstairs AC stopped blowing. I had Simply come out and check. Armando and Steve came to investigate. They explained it well and didn't make me feel like they were selling me. They got me multiple quotes the next day. I got a second opinion, which fully agreed with them.Ultimately, I decided to replace the entire system. They came out and replaced my entire unit the next day. Ryley, Alex, and Marcus were all excellent and polite. They even installed my Nest thermostats for me and made sure they worked properly, free of charge.I've been looking for a trustworthy HVAC company (I asked everyone, and NOBODY had a recommendation). Simply has my full support. I will be shouting to everyone I know about how great this company is.

Can’t say enough about the quality experience of Simply AC, and the technician Steve on 4.20.24.I called about my AC units being intermittent. Turns out the breaker switch above the units wasn’t pushed all the way in.Simple but important fix. He didn’t try to upsell me. He just provided an honest diagnosis.Steve showed up same day, on time, checked every reading on both units, confirmed everything was measuring where it should and even took the extra time to wash the AC units out.5/5 of experience. Highly recommend Simply AC. Ask for Steve!

Ara is a 5 star professional that came to service our house. He was very funny, educated, and helpful. This man helped me with my installation, and helped me configure my thermostat as well. He spent over an hour, answering all of my boring questions about my thermostat, and did so as if you truly cared about my well-being. This company truly goes above and beyond for their customers, they love to take care of you to perfection. Although Ara has only been with the company for a short amount of time, He’s been a whole hearted experience that has shown nothing but patience and dedication towards his Customers.Simply, AC, please take note of Ara’s actions. Make him employee of the month, because he is the greatest asset you have in your company. Put his picture on a plaque, and put it on the wall please. That’s how great of a person he is.Anyway, thanks again, I look forward to doing business with you guys again. Definitely recommend this company.

I recently had my Home serviced by simply AC. My furnace and air-conditioning was no longer working, and it was time to change it all out. They came and gave me a fair price, and I paid them. The next day when they came to install, they were extremely friendly, John, who was there answered all of my questions with a smile, and, they did their jaw properly. They truly go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I felt that they really cared about my business, and taking care of me. Not only did they provide an excellent service, but they truly made me feel happy. I did have two minor inconveniences, but they promised to work things with me to reconcile with those concerns. Overall, they did a great job, and I thank them quite a bit. If you’re looking for an air-conditioning company to work with, I would definitely recommend them. There’s also a reason why they have 4.9 stars, It’s because they put customer satisfaction above and beyond. Again, if you’re looking for a great place to work with, they are the place to be. Simply air is simply the best! I was looking for a quote to replace my rooftop HVAC and I was referred to call Mike by a friend of mine. I probably could have waited another few months to replace my system, but after speaking with Mike and receiving a quote the same day, I jumped on it just by the customer service and attention I received by Mike and Beckie initially. We highly recommend Simply Air Conditioning. We easily scheduled an appointment for a heating check. Jaime arrived on time and did a great job explaining what he was doing to make sure everything in our system was working properly. The cost was very reasonable. We'll definitely call them in the spring to check our air conditioning system.

I highly recommend simply air-conditioning and heating in my experience. There is no need to get a second bid from anybody else. They are the best, Steve, Gavin, Eli, Marcus, and Samuel did a phenomenal job replacing two furnaces. They are very honest, professional knowledgeable, courteous, and fast they were in and out of my house in a couple hours. Everything works and looks great. The company also does plumbing I will definitely only call simply air-conditioning and plumbing from all my plumbing needs.

After returning from vacation discovered air conditioning was not working at all, after getting the runaround from 2 different companies I contacted Simply and the young woman on the phone was so comforting. The service man explained everything gave us a quote and assured us that they could get it done in a few days, he said to shop around and ask about them and I did. He was right on both counts. No one could beat the price or the installation time. Every person from the company was courteous, professional and polite. I definitely would recommend them

When i needed immediate assistance on my AC, Simply Air delivered. They were able to send their senior service tech, Shawn, the same day for free estimate and gave good options on how to resolve my issue. Our AC was part of the original house 29 years ago and I guess it was time for a new AC and heater. The cost to simply repair the compressor would only be a temporary fix. After agreeing to replacing our AC/heater, they were able to schedule shortly after that. Riley and Gavin came to replace the AC and heater. They were corteous, professional and on time. They came at 8a and finished by 12:30p. They kept the area clean after they were done. My AC and heater works great. Would highly recommend them.

I had one of my two ac units making a lot of noise. I had 4 companies come out and give me an estimate and I chose Simple Air and Heating. They did a thorough inspection, better than the others. Went with Simple Air for professionalism, customer service, value, and response to installation of unit.Mike D. and his crew were very thorough and took great care in protecting the inside and outside of the house. Steve with Discount air could not have given me a more pleasant experience. On time, explained everything about the replacement AC roof install clearly during the estimate. Once I accepted the bid they were out the very next for the installation! Zack and Alejandro did the major part of the installation perfectly. I had my A/C go out on Thursday and I had four companies give me an estimate, I decided that Simply Air gave me the best estimate. Steve who came out was very professional and check my unit including the furnace in my attic. A very thorough check with pictures and then we sat down and he explained everything to me. He gave me two quotes, one for a 14 seer unit and one for a 16 unit and explained the difference.When I had all quotes that afternoon, I decided that Simply Air was the best on, not only on their price but also on their service provide after installation. I was very impressed with Steve Frederick.I called them that afternoon ( Thursday) 8/26/22. They arrived at my house first thing Friday 8/26/22.The three men that came to install my New Air Conditioner/furnace, and Thermostat were Adam B., Mike V., and Lou M. They were VERY professional and polite and. They had my new unit installed and working in less than 5 hours. They explained every thing to me and took all of the old ac and furnace out. I can not say how happy I am with all four of these men and of the company including Joy from the office. I'm not ever going to worry about who to call for all of my a/c, plumbing and heating needs in the future. These guys Steve, Mike, Adam, Lou and Joy were Super. This is the one company that you need to call for your Quote and I'm sure you'll be happy you did. 🙂

Steve at discount air was extremely helpful and responsive. I had quite a few folks come out to give me quotes to replace my ac entirely. Both my dad and I immediately said that we’d go with him because we felt understood and he worked with us as best he could with our budget. I signed everything 6pm Thursday and by noon Friday I had a whole new system. There was one small detail I needed help with and steve went out of his way to ensure it was resolved the same day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a hearbeat! Mike and his team have been nothing but honest, professional, accommodating, and kind. I had my AC unit replaced through them and it was a quick and pleasant experience through and through. Within a day after discussing how we were going to move forward a team was out here doing the install. The team was quick, efficient, and conscious of being respectful to my home by cleaning up after themselves in full and diligently putting fresh shoe covers on after entering my home every time. I was in the middle of what seemed like a nightmare with another local AC company. When a dear friend of mine recommended I get in contact with Mike at Simply Air.I called Mike right away; he answered all my questions, and it turned out he worked with my HWC. I switched my service provider to his company on Thursday morning, he had a tech out to my house the same day! New AC and furnace installed on Saturday!The techs were on time, very knowledgeable, answered every one of my questions.I am beyond pleased with this company. Quit searching, get these guys. We had 1 unit go out and had them come out the same day. Unfortunately they had to do a quick fix because both units needed to be replaced on the root (2 story home) due to the age of the units and issue with the amps being drawn causing wiring to melt. Shawn hooked us up with a great deal and the next day they were here with the Crane and New units. Mike and Eli worked their butts off in 112 degrees on the roof and by the time the house began to warm up, cool air was blowing. When you are dealing with units on the roof and 2 of them to boot, you better expect to pay for quality. Hardware is high end and workmanship matches. They even redid my AC runoff PVC.

Absolutely amazing service. Came out to us in less than two hours. Steve was our technician and he was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked me through every step through his troubleshooting and explained why and what he was looking for. Steve educated us and was never condescending which was a breath of fresh air to have such a kind technician. This company is amazing because they understand that many families (like ours) have pets and need service quickly. They have so many techs so they can help more people city and even work later hours for those who get off work later (huge bonus). Even when letting us know part and replacement costs, Steve always came across genuine and never sales-y. Would 1000% recommend Steve and this company hands down. Stan was out for the second time and he was fantastic. He was very clear and explained everything so we understood. Problem was diagnosed right away and repair was completed quickly. Stan was able to get it running temporarily as we did end up needing a new unit. We were given a very fair price. Installation was scheduled for the next morning and again we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for any and all HVAC services. Simply Air is my first and only choice. I wish all areas of the service industry had people like Stan and Simply Air.

A very fine crew was at my home at 845am. They removed and installed a new furnace,air conditioner and a water heater under 4 hrs. They were very efficient and professional in their task. They took time to explain the different units and left their work area very clean. The office and the owner Mike has worked with my wife and I in a very professional manner. From start to finish the experience with Simply AC was great. Requested a quote Wednesday night, and within a few hours had a response. A couple emails back and forth, and a service appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Stan came out and was very pleasant and polite. He spoke to us in an easy to understand manner and ensured we knew what he was doing as it was happening. Within an hour the problem was recognized and resolved! I will happily keep Simply AC in my contacts for any servicing I might need in the future.
