Simply Cooling Heating and Plumbing was great! I’ve signed up for the yearly maintenance to make sure I don’t forget.They came out and did an inspection, with two separate people. One for our AC, and one for our plumbing. For plumbing, Jamal helped us! Our tankless water heater needed to be maintained, so they did the maintenance on the spot (didn’t have to schedule another appointment). Gavin, our AC tech, checked everything in and out, and everything checked out (we’ve owned the house now for 2.5 years, and haven’t done maintenance on the units yet). The fact they didn’t just charge us to charge, was awesome!

Five Stars ✨ I commend senior technician Gavin Daigneau for his excellent service. He was personable and knowledgeable and provided valuable insights during his visit. Although the service was complimentary, he discovered issues with both of my heating units, and I appreciated the thoroughness of his work. Overall, I believe he did a commendable job, and his efforts did not go unnoticed.

What can I say about not only my technician but this company in general. After being lied to and not getting results from an Initial plumbing company, I was sent to Simply cooling heating and plumbing. Their whole team is courteous, caring and professional. Bryon was my technician and he was amazing! He was professional and thorough. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and finally after 4 months of dealing with plumbing issues, Byron was able To help us. Senior Technician Zack Reynolds recently performed routine annual maintenance and inspection on our heating unit here in Henderson, NV. Zack provided me outstanding and very professional service. He was very thorough, providing great feedback and communication on health of our system to include pictures and recommendations on needed repairs. He returned on time next day and completed all repairs. Our heating system now operates much quieter and more efficient. We really appreciate the outstanding service and look forward to continuing our annual maintenance program with Simply Cooling and Heating.

Deandrew Lewis was excellent! He came to asses my heater before he was supposed to start(6:45am) since I was on his way to work. Now that's what I call dedication! The was thorough and professional. Showed me all the pictures and explained my options. He got the parts and repaired my heater before 1pm. Awesome!

The team that came out to help me was amazing. Luis was very helpful in letting me know what I needed and he was very thorough with his explanations. Simply Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing are in my opinion the best! Kim at the office is the most professional person I have had the pleasure to work with in all of Las Vegas. She is so on point with communication and logistics I wish all businesses would follow her example. Derek is a great tech to work with as he is very professional, along with Jimmie who is a Senior tech, great with explaining the products and services they offer and what we needed. Michael and his installation team were by far the best I have seen. These guys came on time, were very respectful with our house and very clean in the process.The cleanup after the install was so good I couldn't find one thing to pick up.It is great to finally see people work at this level, smarter and not harder mentality. The level of skillful communication is what I feel makes this company so good. They never assume anything. If they don't know they are not afraid to ask and ask again if needed.Most of all they work great as a team, together and not against each other. Every one at this company knows what they are doing and they do it right.
