These guys Rock!!!!Called this company Saturday morning Gavin showed up as a professional (thanks Gavin!)And my ac and furnace was 24 years old and tired. He gave me a great deal and one hour later the crew showed up(Ryley and Tristen)They were professional too.. 3.5 hours I was cool again!!!I’m so pleased from start to finish!!

I was having problems with my AC unit and they were able to come diagnose the problem the same day. Gavin was my technician, he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me while explaining what the problem was with my air conditioning unit. He helped me make an educated guess to what my air conditioner needed, and I didn’t feel pressured into making a large purchase on the spot. The ladies I spoke with in the office to complete my scheduling were knowledgeable and nice as well. I was fortunate to be able to get the new unit installed the same day. The installation crew was just as kind and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Gavin and his company!!!

When our air went out on the hottest day of the year (120 deg) Gavin was here in a half hour even though it was a Sunday night at 7pm. He gave us different options to either fix our unit, replace the a/c, or replace the whole unit including the heater without any pressure on our decision. We opted to replace everything since our unit was 25 yrs old and he gave us a fair price and was able to schedule the installation for the next day. The installation team was here at 8am and knocked out the job in only 3 1/2 hrs.Everyone was very kind and personable. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Gavin to come if possible . Thank you to all the guys for doing this so quickly and efficiently!

Excellent Technician we resolve the problem immediately and he went over some options for a new air conditioner that we plan to put in our budget in the next few months. he had quick responses when he assess and looked at everything and looked at my air conditioner, and I explained to him we recently had an AC company come out. They had did a valuation on our air conditioner, and when he saw this item that was plugged in our wall, which was a smoke alert device & we confirmed the problem. We were experiencing anguish for the last few days with a ringing sound throughout the house.

I am beyond impressed with the overall experience with this company. Armando came in and identified the problem quickly. What happened next I couldn't believed it. After hearing about the services being done for my 81 year old mother who battles Alzheimer disease, he discounted her cost and make sure she was taken care of just as if he was a grandson. They also do plumbing and heating but Vegas heats up on its own. So I may not need heating, but I can tell you this because of their fast, friendly , compassionate and affordable service. They now have a life long customer. Thanks Armando B. for showing love for your passion over money.Thanks from Barbara my mother and her children.

I was panicking because my AC was not cooling and called Simply Air Conditioning and my problem was resolved in less than 2 hours. I called and spoke with Casey who was very helpful. She assured me that a technician would be on his way, it did not matter that it was after hours. Armando arrived in my home in less than an hour...and he had my AC unit working quickly. Armando's service and knowledge assured me I was in good hands. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and gave me tips on how to maintain my filters for less problems down the road. I HIGHLY recommend SIMPLY Air!!!
