Ara is a 5 star professional that came to service our house. He was very funny, educated, and helpful. This man helped me with my installation, and helped me configure my thermostat as well. He spent over an hour, answering all of my boring questions about my thermostat, and did so as if you truly cared about my well-being. This company truly goes above and beyond for their customers, they love to take care of you to perfection. Although Ara has only been with the company for a short amount of time, He’s been a whole hearted experience that has shown nothing but patience and dedication towards his Customers.Simply, AC, please take note of Ara’s actions. Make him employee of the month, because he is the greatest asset you have in your company. Put his picture on a plaque, and put it on the wall please. I recently had my Home serviced by simply AC. My furnace and air-conditioning was no longer working, and it was time to change it all out. They came and gave me a fair price, and I paid them. The next day when they came to install, they were extremely friendly, John, who was there answered all of my questions with a smile, and, they did their jaw properly. They truly go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I felt that they really cared about my business, and taking care of me. Not only did they provide an excellent service, but they truly made me feel happy. I did have two minor inconveniences, but they promised to work things with me to reconcile with those concerns. Overall, they did a great job, and I thank them quite a bit. If you’re looking for an air-conditioning company to work with, I would definitely recommend them. There’s also a reason why they have 4.9 stars, It’s because they put customer satisfaction above and beyond. Again, if you’re looking for a great place to work with, they are the place to be.
